Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team near Pottstown, PA. This full-time position involves working closely with students who require behavioral support.
The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other support staff to promote positive behavior and learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide one-on-one support to students, focusing on behavior modification and skill development.
- Collect and record data on student behavior and progress.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a positive and structured learning environment.
- Work closely with the educational team to ensure consistency in behavior management strategies.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and effectiveness.
Requirements :
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience working with children in a school setting preferred
- Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
