We are a private orthopedic practice in Redding, CA, dedicated to providing high-quality musculoskeletal care in a collaborative environment.

Seeking full-time orthopedic surgeons, including general and subspecialties like hand surgery, sports medicine, and joint replacement, to join our multidisciplinary team.

Our group offers comprehensive support, including nonoperative specialists, ancillary income opportunities (PT, DME, real estate, ASC), and optional hospital call to enhance earnings.

Requirements include board certification or eligibility and California medical license prior to start. Candidates should be willing to work in a private practice setting with active participation in group discussions.

Compensation ranges from $250,000 to $350,000 annually, plus benefits such as 401(k), health / dental / vision insurance, paid time off, professional development, and relocation assistance.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, in person. This is an excellent opportunity to build a practice in a high-demand area.
