About the Role :

We're looking for a friendly, guest-focused individual to provide exceptional service and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in an RV park setting. This is a hands-on, people-centered role perfect for someone who enjoys being active, solving problems, and creating a welcoming environment for every guest.

You'll Do :

• Welcome guests with a concierge-style check-in / check-out experience
• Manage reservations via phone, email, and booking platforms
• Collect payments and rent from guests
• Answer calls, provide park information, and assist with inquiries
• Address guest concerns and respond to incidents professionally and calmly
• Maintain park compliance and enforce community rules
• Communicate with the corporate office and maintenance team
• Keep detailed, accurate daily documentation and reports
• Clean and maintain shared facilities (restrooms, showers, laundry room)
• Build positive connections with guests, teammates, vendors, and leadership
