Job description

We are looking for a competent Enterprise SDR for WeBox to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships.

You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in field sales and customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve a balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.

The goal is to find opportunities and turn them into long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.

Job Summary

Sell WeBox work meal program from small-size to large-size enterprise businesses focusing mainly on flexible work meal solutions including Lunch, Happy Hour, and Dinner opportunities.

As part of the sales process, create and deliver door-to-door sales presentations that demonstrate the service of WeBox's e-commerce platform, curated menu from partners, professional logistics, and great customer service.

Promote the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer. Sell with the goal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets.

Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging service to best position the WeBox work meal program in the marketplace.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification to generate business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leader to plan and close deals for corporate meal offerings.
  • Utilize a combination of door-to-door sales and email outreach to reach potential clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs.
  • Clearly communicate the value of WeBox and its products to prospects
  • Achieve and consistently exceed KPI
  • Develop long-term relationships with key in-region partners with door-to-door strategy
  • Act as an ambassador of WeBox's vision, mission, brand, and product
  • Proactively maintain communication channels with prospects via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings
