Job Details

We’re hiring a Residential Installation Technician in Akron to install and start up residential HVAC equipment, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless systems, water heaters, boilers, humidifiers, and ductwork. This full-time role emphasizes quality installation, customer communication, and teamwork. You’ll be assigned a company truck, receive ongoing training, work alongside experienced techs, and have opportunities for overtime. If you’re dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to grow in the HVAC trade, this position offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and a pathway into more advanced residential or commercial roles.
