Customer Service Associate Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets, actively participating in sales initiatives and promotions.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and close sales.
- Process sales orders and manage customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide insights and contribute to sales strategies.
Customer Service Associate Requirements :
