This is a TEMP-to-PERM, hybrid role and can be based in either our Mendota Heights, MN or Milwaukee, WI office

EQ by Equiniti is seeking a qualified Operations Analyst to join our team. The selected candidate will support the Investment Plan Services Team.

This team is performing balancing and allocation of dividend, voluntary cash and payroll purchases, as well executing market trades for sales transactions submitted by the participants of the plans we administer.

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for preparing monthly, weekly, and daily reports, gathering statistics for productivity and error tracking, assisting with brokerage commission and profit process and will support the team on the projects in progress by providing expertise and analysis of the existing processes.

Additional responsibilities of this role include :

Analyzes and solves a variety of operational, systems-related and / or customer transactional issues

Conducts business analyses and identifies opportunities to maximize operational efficiency, quality and compliance

Maintains databases and management reports, interpreting data and identifying trends for managers

Manages small projects requiring some coordination, and / or participate on task forces or project teams

Makes recommendations and presentations to managers

Identifies, develops and implements policies, procedures and training materials to assure compliance with government regulations and to maximize efficiency and customer service

May work with managers to apply data to business goals and analytical requirements, which may include capacity planning, volume forecasting and unit costing

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Solid troubleshooting and problem solving skills

Ability to effectively communicate with the team and multiple leadership levels

Provides timely follow-up, response and resolution communication

Ability to track resolution of multiple, diverse, long term and high priority items

Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong time management, organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Intermediate-to-advanced use of Microsoft Office, with demonstrated capability in Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as data analytics tools

College degree preferred

3+ years of operations experience

Financial services and / or securities industry experience

Experience with analysis, tracking, trending

Strong analytical skills with extremely high attention to detail and accuracy

Compensation

$25.00-27.00 per hour
