Job Description :
- This position will be working in Intensive Care (ICU) and Step-down (SDU) which are in the Intermediate Intensive Care Unit.
- Develops, coordinates and delivers care to critically ill patients from adolescent to geriatric.
- Cares for a wide variety of patient diagnoses, including medical, surgical, cardiac and neurosurgical.
- Maintains the standards of professional nursing.
- Supervises CNA / SNA, LPN or other health care workers as assigned.

- References NOT required.
- A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required. All other professions outside of Nursing are not required but preferred.
- Michigan license verification is required for nurses. Please provide LARA and Nursys; if there is a license hit, it would be in the traveler’s best interest to provide a write-up of what happened for the manager's review.
- Physical copies of certifications are only required in the profile if listed above.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of ICU experience - Required
Travelers will be required to work the holidays
Travel experience - Preferred

ACLS
STATE LICENSE- Michigan
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
MI License must be active at time of submission!
Nonbillable Hours : 12 hours of initial hours on bill rates over $40 / hr
- OT / Holiday / Call back Markups : 1.1x Regular rates
- Extension Discount : $1 / hr on the initial extension.
- Anyone within a 35 mile radius is considered a local traveler.
ICU beds : 10
RN to patient ratio : 1 : 2
Dress Code : Bright Blue or Gray Scrubs
