Patient Services Representative - Happy Valley

Vancouver Clinic is looking for a Patient Service Representative to join our Happy Valley team! This person will greet, assist and provide excellent customer service to our patients checking in for appointments.

Location : Happy Valley (11211 SE 82nd Ave Z, Happy Valley, OR 97086)

Schedule : Full-time (40 hours / week) Monday Friday, 8am-5pm.

Compensation : Hourly compensation minimum is $17.60, higher rate dependent on qualifications and professional experience.

Base Medical, Dental, and Rx Insurance premium is 100% paid for by Vancouver Clinic for full-time employees.

Position Summary : This person must have a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients .

Responsibilities include welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collecting co-pays, obtaining and completing insurance information, answering phones, scheduling, referrals, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.

Experience with Epic preferred.

Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.

Strong computer keyboarding skills required.

Pay Range : $16.48 - $23.07

PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE / hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
