Position Aluminum Welder
Job Location Germantown, WI
Starting Date Immediate
Employment Term Regular, Temp-to-Hire, Direct Hire
Employment Type Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) 1st Shift
Starting Pay $22-$24 / Hour
Required Experience Minimum 2 years experience is required.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Set up welding machine
Weld in a variety of positions
Use hand tools and power tools including grinders, drills, rivet guns and rotation wire brushes
Produce high quality work in a safe and timely manner
Communicate with coworkers between processes to maintain flow of work
Adhere to safety standards and company policies
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications :
1+ Years of experience welding thin-wall aluminum
MIG and spray arc welding experience preferred but not required
Dependable transportation
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.; team lift products weighing over 50 lbs.
Able to write; able to read printed and written instructions
Able to stand for long periods of time
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work overtime depending on schedule and workload
