Minimum of 3-5 years of Telecom Networking related experience with specialties in supporting one or more areas :
- Medium to large enterprise networking infrastructure / services.
- Core Networking Technologies - Routing, Switching, TCP / IP, Wireless LAN
- Transport technologies - MPLS, Frame Relay, VSAT, Leased lines, campus cabling
- Network Security - Remote Access Technologies, IPSec
- Voice Service technologies : PBX, VMX, Call Center-IVR, Cisco IP Telephony, Microsoft LYNC
- Data Centre Services - Application Accelerator, Load Balancer
- Routing Protocols - BGP, ISIS, EIGRP Vendor familiarization - Cisco, Juniper, F5 General

- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Presentation and interpersonal skills
- Mature and able to work in a global virtual team environment
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Description
Summary :
- Develop and perform implementation activities for projects
- Perform Quality Assurance activities including identifying and submitting network design issues to Engineering
- Participate in Follow-the-Sun (FTS) on-call rotation
- Primary contact for vendor TAC in support of operational problems
- Develop and maintain Technical Support process and deliverables
- Develop and maintain process for hand-over of technology and service to Operations
- Develop and maintain Network Service Support Models Develop and maintain Operations Practices Develop and maintain workflow automation
Other Responsibilities :
- Assist with development and maintenance of Network Service General Practices, Network technology, and service ISRMPs
- Network technology recommendations
- Network device OS recommendations
- Technology training program
- Network service strategy
- Device configuration standards
