Corewell Health , located in Grand Rapids, MI, is looking to add two more Endocrinologists to our busy and growing practice.
The Center for Diabetes & Endocrinology is home to six Endocrinologists and two Diabetologists leading a multidisciplinary team consisting of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Pharmacist, Care Managers, multiple RNs including a Population Health Nurse, Diabetes Educators and others providing a full range of services to patients.
With a large Primary Care base of 82+ sites of care, our team needs to grow. The new physician will practice a full range of Endocrinology to include time in both the outpatient clinic and separate days doing inpatient consults.
As the largest health system in Michigan, Corewell Health thinks differently about what is possible. And we empower our patients, team members and partners to do the same.
