Job Description

As a valued leader on our team, you will manage the work of a team who provide overall direction with technology products and processes;

assessing enterprise functional needs and implementing technology solutions to support; defining strategic outlook; planning, directing, or coordinating operational activities of the unit with the help of subordinate executives and staff managers

The Cloud Infrastructure - Technology Management - Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities :

  • Team Leadership - Manage and mentor technical teams to achieve business objectives, ensuring a high level of collaboration and productivity.
  • Networking Technology Expertise - Utilize your 5-10 years of experience in networking technology to guide architectural decisions, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration - Work closely with different teams and departments within the organization to align technical strategies and deliver seamless outcomes.
  • Standards Compliance - Lead efforts to develop and ensure compliance with relevant standards, maintaining high-quality, industry-compliant solutions.
  • Documentation - Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, ensuring clear and accessible information for all stakeholders.
  • Agile Methodologies - Incorporate agile methodologies to enhance team efficiency and project delivery timelines.

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 6 years of experience managing teams of networking professionals
  • 6 years of experience working with on-prem networking technologies
  • 4 years of experience managing cloud professionals

Desired Experiences

Experience working as a Network Engineer or Architect

Skills

  • Skilled in Agile Methodologies
  • Knowledge around Cloud technologies
  • Understanding of automation tools and practical application
  • Skilled in communication and fostering collaboration across teams and departments
  • Strong documentation skills

Tools

  • Software-Defined networking technologies in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform and on-premises (switching routing, DNS, load balancing, firewalls etc.)
  • Hardware and Virtualized networking-related products (Cisco, Infoblox, Palo Alto, F5, Zscaler etc.)
  • Jira, Confluence
  • Experience with Github, Terraform, Ansible and Python.
