What are we looking for?

• Experienced & data-driven : 3 years of experience in modern product management, demonstrating a commitment to data-driven strategies and decision-making.
• Adaptable problem solver : Thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces challenges with a can-do attitude, and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.
• Customer-centric : Passionate about understanding customer needs and developing solutions that address them. Proven experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Change leader and collaborator : Possesses exceptional collaboration skills and experience leading change initiatives across teams.
• Effective communicator and influencer : Able to clearly communicate ideas, build consensus, influence & build strong relationships in others across the organisation preferably in a global matrix environment.

What will you do?

• Contribute to strategic planning to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to guide product roadmap development.
• Drive data-driven product decisions by analysing data and customer interactions to inform strategic decision-making and product development.
• Clearly communicate and articulate the product vision, provide direction to the team, influence and foster collaboration across functions including sales, marketing, support and development to ensure everyone understands our product strategy and roadmap.
• Ensure flawless execution by managing dependencies and drive projects to successful completion, delivering impactful results.
