Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Personal Assistant at The Marketing Agency in Burbank, CA. You will be assigned to our CEO as a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing calendars and diaries, coordinating communication, and utilizing clerical skills to support the team.
Qualifications
- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Experience in the marketing industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in diary management and scheduling
- Strong clerical skills, including organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency in time management and multitasking
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Familiarity and willingness to work with adult entertainment professionals.
