Duties :
- Conduct legal research and analysis on technology and intellectual property issues.
- Draft and negotiate complex agreements, including mergers and acquisitions, collaboration, license, outsourcing, and joint venture agreements.
- Provide legal counsel on matters related to life sciences transactions.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic legal advice.
- Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends affecting technology and intellectual property transactions.
Requirements :
- 3-6 years of legal experience in technology and intellectual property transactions.
- Strong background in life sciences transactions.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the state of New York.

- Outstanding credentials and qualifications related to the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.
