Job opportunity in a small boutique high-end real estate office. Get paid while you learn and grow! You must be tireless, enthusiastic, and love people.
You'll play a vital role : you'll support important areas of the company's operations. You will have direct contact with the broker's prospects, schedule appointments, facilitate showings, and oversee the timely execution of marketing activities.
You will learn the brand's Resource Center, electronic tools, as well as the office's equipment and systems, and use them to support the broker's prospecting and marketing.
You'll need to be professional, articulate, and efficient in all of your communications. Apply today!
Compensation : $19 - $21 hourly

Responsibilities :
- Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements
- Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood
- Supervise production of all online marketing materials as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the real estate team
- Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner
- Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork
- Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
- Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in the real estate industry
- Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Real estate license preferred
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
