Job Description :

As a seasoned nursing professional, the ideal candidate for this role will possess exceptional leadership skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a 24-hour Nursing department, ensuring seamless coordination with other clinical and ancillary departments to achieve organizational and departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Supervise and lead a team of nursing staff in assigned areas, promoting a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement strategic business plans, enhancing operational, financial, and clinical components.

3. Provide guidance and support to nurses and other healthcare professionals in their professional development and growth.

4. Foster a positive work environment, encouraging open communication, teamwork, and respect among colleagues.

5. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, monitoring patient outcomes and implementing evidence-based practices to optimize care delivery.

6. Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, maintaining accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher required; Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher preferred;
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant setting;
• Previous supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting;
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and RN licensure in good standing;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills;

Work Schedule :
