Under the supervision of the Business Team Lead, The Accounting Clerk is responsible for the day-to-day operation of accounts payable and accounts receivables including posting in QuickBooks.
- Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact.
- One or more years working with the frail and elderly population.
Education :
- High School Diploma required
- College level accounting courses preferred
- Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
Experience :
- Two or more years of experience working in an accounting-related field
- Reviewing, monitoring and paying bills in accounting system
- Processing monthly invoices for fees owed
- Working with customers on overdue bill payment plans
- Processing bank deposits.
