Summary of the Essential Functions of the Job
Essential functions include working in one or more of the following technical areas with appropriate supervision
- Conduct in vitro ADME assays, such as intrinsic clearance, protein binding, CYP inhibition, and CYP profiling.
- Perform routine laboratory tasks, including reagent preparation, equipment maintenance, and supply management.
- With appropriate supervision, analyze data, record data, prepare summary documents, and report data as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant scientific discipline with over 4 years of experience or an M.S. With over 2 years (industry experience preferred).
- Strong preference given to candidates with hands on experience with in vitro ADME assay experience, specifically intrinsic clearance.
- High-throughput screening and LC / MS / MS experience preferred (Sciex / Shimadzu).
- Hamilton liquid handler experience preferred.
- Independently manage tasks and assignments as directed by immediate supervisor.
- Attention to detail, and effective oral and written communication skills.
