We are currently seeking a Vice President Client Service Manager to join our team.

The Vice President Client Service Manager is an integral part of APC's institutional and retail business development team.

The Vice President Client Service Manager will be responsible for leading the internal client service team, overseeing client reporting, spearheading client support, fulfilling ad-hoc requests, all while being a "player coach" on the team.

What You Will Do :

• Lead internal client service team and responsibilities.
• Oversee and assist in completing various aspects of internal business development functions.
• Including, but not limited to :
• Monthly, quarterly, ad hoc client reporting.
• Support existing clients and act as internal support for relationship management team.
• Update existing marketing materials (monthly, quarterly, annually) and industry databases.
• Complete Requests for Proposal (RFP's), Requests for Information (RFI's).
• Work on ad-hoc projects related to marketing APC's products.
• Work with Bloomberg, FactSet, eVestment reporting and standardized reports.
• Role will officially report to the CEO, but is expected be a daily support professional for external business development, client service, marketing, as well as develop the internal client service team.

What You Will Need :

• 10+ years of industry related work experience.
• Degree from an accredited college or university required.
• Graduate degree / Financial designation preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities combined with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing a team preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership of responsibilities assigned.
• Deep knowledge of fixed income markets.
• Ready to contribute wherever needed and open to evolving responsibilities as business needs change and skills develop.
• Adapts effectively to shifting deadlines and priorities.
• Be adept at recognizing problems and independently recommending ways to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Team-oriented individual with a selfless approach.

Compensation Range : $150,000.00 - $190,000.00, plus discretionary bonus.

Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, education, internal equity, and physical work location within the state.

This is a hybrid role, based in our Newport Beach, CA office.
