Lee Health is seeking an Experienced Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner!

Our health system has four acute care hospitals and two specialty hospitals that together house 1,812 hospital beds.

Position Description :

• Lee Physician Group is looking for an experienced Palliative Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (APRNs) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our busy growing practices in Fort Myers.
• Long established Palliative Care program that is integrated into the health system
• Hospital based Palliative Care as part of a multidisciplinary team with physician and medical social work support
• Schedule is full-time 8a-5 : 00p Monday through Friday; covering 1 to 2 weekend days a month
• Will have dedicated location but may be asked to cover other locations based on census
• Practices have strong clinical support using team based care
• EPIC EHR and Dragon Dictation for both Inpatient and Outpatient settings
• Candidates must have graduated from an accredited program and able to obtain a Florida license
