Physical Therapist, PT - Full Time

Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients’ physical abilities and functional limitations, developing personalized treatment plans that inspire progress.
- Implement innovative and evidence-based therapeutic interventions that engage patients and promote optimal recovery outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress, adapting treatment plans as needed, and providing ongoing encouragement and support.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and strategies for maintaining long-term wellness.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with facility policies and regulations.
- Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to the continuous improvement of our rehabilitation programs.
- Stay current with the latest developments in physical therapy practices, integrating new techniques into your treatment approach.
Qualifications :
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic candidates eager to grow!
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Physical Requirements :
- Ability to lift and assist patients as necessary.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to patient care.
