Join our team as a Per Diem Physical Therapist - Home Health
We are looking for a caring and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Per Diem Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to plan and administer prescribed skilled physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from various injuries, illnesses, and functional disabilities.
Your role will involve testing and screening the patient's physical strengths, developing and implementing conditioning / rehabilitation programs, and supervising and evaluating staff performance.
You will also collaborate with physicians and clinical team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
What you need :
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Minimum of one year physical therapy experience preferred
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Compensation
Estimated annual salary range : $84,600 - $116,300
