A company is looking for a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative to support healthcare providers.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvocate for providers by resolving issues and answering inquiries related to benefits, billing, and authorizationsHandle multi-channel communications, including phone calls and concurrent chat, with healthcare professionalsResearch and resolve complex authorization and claim issues, collaborating with internal partners as neededRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experienceMust be 18 years of age or older1+ years of customer service experienceExperience with computers and the ability to navigate complex systemsAbility to work full-time (40 hours / week) during specified hours
