What You’ll Do as a Labor & Employment Litigation Paralegal :
- Draft key legal documents with precision and efficiency.
- Handle multiple cases from the initial stages through trial.
- Collect, organize, and analyze records from various sources.
- Support every phase of depositions, mediation, and trial prep, ensuring exhibits and witness files are flawless.
- Bring your skills with Relativity, Trial Director, and CaseMap to assist during trial, manage exhibits, and support witnesses.
What You Bring :
- A Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certificate.
- 3+ years of experience in labor and employment law, with class action and collective action expertise.
- A solid background in preparing for trials and / or arbitrations, with hands-on litigation experience.
