Support Daily Operations : Assist the Operating Partner and Assistant Manager in ensuring seamless restaurant efficiency.

Lead & Develop the Team : Help recruit, train, and motivate staff to maintain exceptional service standards.

Deliver Southern Hospitality : Address guest concerns professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience for all.

Manage Inventory & Finances : Oversee ordering, stock control, and financial reporting to support profitability.

Maintain Safety & Compliance : Uphold health and safety regulations while fostering a clean and organized workspace.
