Summary : Seeking a Robotics Engineer to configure, program, and optimize robotic systems for various industrial applications.

Job Requirements :

Teach TCPs, Frames, Loads, DCS (Safety Configuration)

Configure robot I / O (including communications)

Set up and configure dispense process equipment within paint shop and general assembly applications

Set up and configure vision equipment including robot-mounted and floor-mounted systems

Develop Offline Programs (OLPs)

Develop simulations for internal and external process validations

Demonstrated competency with one or more robot applications such as Material Handling, Dispense, Welding

Preferred Skills :

Familiarity with Tool Center Points, User Frames, Base Frames, Work Objects

Experience with External Axis

Proficiency in offline programming software

Exposure to cycle time improvement initiatives and application optimization

Job Responsibilities :

Optimize the robot application to meet customer requirements

Travel locally and out of state bi-weekly as required

Pay Details : $37.00 to $49.00 per hour
