Registered Nurses (RN) at MEDIKO are responsible for evaluating and providing comprehensive nursing care in a correctional setting while observing and maintaining security requirements.
Care shall include, but not be exclusive of, initial examination upon entry into the correctional facility, day-to-day medical care, and responding to medical emergencies..
Location, Athens Clarke County Jail
Shift / Schedule, 12-hour 3 / 4 AM shifts
Pay Rate, Starting rates at $41commensurate with experience
What we ask of YOU : (Job Qualifications)
Active, unencumbered state / commonwealth Registered Nurse license
Completion of an Accredited Nursing Program leading to licensure with the ability to practice as a Registered Nurse
Active CPR / BLS certificate required (American Heart Association / American Red Cross guideline approved)
