We are looking for a self-driven, goal-oriented Security & Home Technology Sales Professional to drive company sales by adding new and maintaining existing relationships with builder partners and their Homebuyers.

Responsibilities include selling Hi-Tech’s Home Technologies to Builder Partners and new / existing Homebuyers to include Smart Home, Security, Network, and Audio / Video.

To be successful, you should demonstrate innovative ways to ensure excellent customer service. Ultimately, you should be able to develop creative and resourceful methods of ensuring additional revenue and monthly services.

Responsibilities :

  • Sales of Security & Home Technology products to new construction Homebuyers and Builders.
  • Develop and maintain solid relationships by regularly following up with Builder partners.
  • Resolving Builder and Homebuyer issues in a professional manner and reporting them to management as needed.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between the company’s Builder partners and their Homebuyers.
  • Procure new Builder partners in the Asheville, NC and Greenville, SC markets.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Sales / Marketing, Communications, Business Administration,

or related experience.

  • Experience selling to the New Home Builder Industry a plus.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Required computer skills in order to use programs to manage accounts.
  • Multitasking skills for handling multiple clients and their accounts.
  • Problem-solving skills for identifying and addressing client concerns.
  • Successful Background Check
