Equipment Reliability Engineer
Job Summary : The Reliability / Process Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
This role involves analyzing, developing, and implementing strategies to optimize equipment performance, minimize downtime, and enhance overall process reliability.
Key Responsibilities : Reliability Engineering : Develop and implement reliability improvement strategies for manufacturing equipment.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of equipment failures and implement corrective actions. Perform Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Monitor equipment performance and condition using predictive maintenance techniques. Develop and maintain reliability metrics and KPIs to track and improve equipment performance.
Process Improvement : Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement. Design and implement process optimization initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement lean manufacturing principles. Conduct time and motion studies to improve process flow and reduce cycle times.
Implement Six Sigma methodologies to enhance process quality and consistency. Powered by JazzHR
