Role Summary :

The Transformation team plays a critical role in the future of Saks Global by driving continued transformation and strategic priorities across the organization in addition to the integration of Neiman Marcus Group into Saks Global. This highly collaborative team works across the organization, partnering with functional leadership to create value. As the Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of integration and strategy initiatives for your assigned functional workstreams.

Key Qualifications : Bachelor's degree

5-8 years work experience

Experience with business case development and / or financial analysis

Program or project management experience

Experience producing executive-level content

Role Description :

Build and maintain workstream workplans, identifying and escalating risks and executing mitigation strategies

Manage synergy trackers for assigned workstreams, partnering with FP&A to ensure accuracy

Partner with functional leads and sponsors to manage functional initiatives, ensuring they stay on track and milestones are completed against deadlines

Apply subject matter expertise to drive proposals and execute analysis for transformation and synergy initiatives

Serve as functional "expert" within the TMO for assigned workstreams

Generate content for executive meetings to help drive visibility and facilitate decision making

Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives, working with other TMO team members and functional workstream leads to drive initiatives to completion
