The Opportunity

The Adobe Digital Experience (DX) Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) & Applications (Apps) Portfolio seeks an Operations Leader within the Engineering Organization.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and Program Management Leaders and other Adobe Teams, to manage the day-to-day operations of the portfolio.

You are the go-to person for release management, internal operational workflows and automation, investments, data sources of truth and leadership communications.

Your deep skills and passion in structuring operations, communications, resource management and forecasting, initiatives / programs and operating a data-driven business are essential to scaling the business of AEP & Apps.

Successful candidates are execution focused, have a customer-centric outlook, exposure to enterprise SaaS business operations, can quickly assimilate the workings of a business, and see opportunities for execution efficiencies and quality software delivery.

They are passionate about setting up teams with access to information on-demand, automating workflows for success and possess the depth of soft skills to deliver outcomes in a matrixed environment.

This role provides an opportunity to lead the operations of a growing business with a seat and a voice at the table, to setup DX AEP & Apps and Adobe for success.

What you will Do

  • Scale Release Management including Release Readiness to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure Strategic Partnerships and Vendor SLAs are consistently adhered to.
  • Elevate Operational Processes and identify Automation opportunities for operational efficiencies.
  • Drive Resource Management for planning and decision making.
  • Partner with Leadership Team to define, manage and measure Solution KPIs.
  • Build Strategic and Operational Capabilities and Frameworks, using data and analytical tools to enable portfolio leadership.
  • Drive Portfolio Data Hygiene to enable high quality portfolio reporting.
  • Define and manage the framework for leadership interactions and communications.
  • Exhibit motivation and a fervent dedication for scaling operations.
  • Be flexible and drive special projects or endeavors on behalf of the leadership team .

What you need to succeed

  • MBA or Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience in a technical field with management experience.
  • Six-Sigma or Agile Scrum Master or Program Management Certification.
  • Hands-on and proven PowerBI / Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Deep experience and methodologies in managing Software Releases in an Enterprise SaaS organization.
  • Deep Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills to operate a business with data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and focus / prioritize through ambiguity and competing priorities.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.

The pay range for this position is $134,800 $267,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.

Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
