A day in the life as a Quality Assurance Associate...

Audit inbound and outbound vendor shipments for construction, quality, consistency, packaging and labeling

Conduct random sampling methods, document findings, and communicate with Merchandising to determine acceptable quality levels and the best course of action for resolution of issues

Move merchandise, supplies, and / or boxes repetitively

Follow the loss prevention and security guidelines to minimize inventory shrinkage and profit loss

Abide by the established dependability guidelines to maintain business productivity

Adhere to company safety guidelines to prevent personal injury and product and facility damage

What you'll bring to the table...

Proven proficiency in English language skills

Word, Excel, Outlook knowledge required

Must work effectively as a team member

Basic math required

Ability to move and / or lift up to 65 pounds; heavier merchandise with team assistance

High school diploma / GED or equivalent preferred

Minimum Starting Rate : $21.00 Hourly

Up to : $24.06 Hourly

Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
