We’re seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead design initiatives for complex product areas within a growing digital ecosystem. You’ll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering partners to deliver intuitive, scalable, and user-centered experiences. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in cross-functional environments and is passionate about mentoring others and shaping UX best practices.

Location : Remote to start; onsite in Plano, TX 3 days / week beginning January 2026

Duration : Ongoing contract with potential to convert

Responsibilities

• Lead design for major product features or entire product areas.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that set the standard for quality.
• Facilitate design workshops, critiques, and collaborative sessions.
• Extend and evolve the design system while maintaining creativity.
• Drive rapid prototyping and iterative user testing.
• Integrate AI-enabled tools to accelerate design and validation.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to UX strategy.
• Collaborate with UX Research to apply data-driven insights.
• Influence product roadmaps with evidence-based design recommendations.
