Responsibilities :
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and post-operative conditions to improve function, reduce pain, and promote independence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress using specialized software.
- Manage a weekly caseload of 50 patient visits max, while maintaining quality and individualized care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical mentorship opportunities.
- Uphold organizational policies, ethical standards, and comply with all regulatory requirements.
Must-Have Skills :
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.Active Physical Therapist license in Florida, or eligibility to obtain one.Experience providing outpatient physical therapy services, including orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation.Strong patient-focused communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to independently manage caseloads and clinical schedules efficiently.Nice-to-Have Skills :
Experience with electronic health record systems (such as Raintree).Interest in clinical mentorship or leadership development.Familiarity with performance-based patient care environments.Spanish or other second-language proficiency.Knowledge of insurance documentation and billing practices.
