Salary : $85,000-$95,000 + Bonus and Sign on Bonus!

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and post-operative conditions to improve function, reduce pain, and promote independence.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress using specialized software.
  • Manage a weekly caseload of 50 patient visits max, while maintaining quality and individualized care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical mentorship opportunities.
  • Uphold organizational policies, ethical standards, and comply with all regulatory requirements.

Must-Have Skills :

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
  • Active Physical Therapist license in Florida, or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Experience providing outpatient physical therapy services, including orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation.
  • Strong patient-focused communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to independently manage caseloads and clinical schedules efficiently.

    • Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • Experience with electronic health record systems (such as Raintree).
  • Interest in clinical mentorship or leadership development.
  • Familiarity with performance-based patient care environments.
  • Spanish or other second-language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of insurance documentation and billing practices.
