Clinical Therapist ICTT Serenity Team $2500 sign on bonus

This position is eligible for a $2,500.00 sign-on bonus.

Job Summary :

The Providence Center Clinical Therapist - ICTT Serenity Team will provide outpatient psychotherapy either at The Providence Center or in the community, within our new "CCBHC" (Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic") capacity.

Duties and Responsibilities : include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Perform, crisis intervention, counseling, screening, client education, referral, treatment planning, and consultation for clients in the program.

Perform a comprehensive psychosocial assessment of assigned consumers.

Provide individual, group, and family mental health and / or substance abuse therapy.

Collaborate with other providers, agencies, and individuals in the consumers' network of care.

Perform record keeping in accordance with Health Information Services and other Center requirements.

Attend trainings, case presentations and conferences.

Maintain cooperative relationships with Center staff, consumers, community agencies and the public.

Communicate with various local agencies and other departments or teams at The Center.

Serve on appropriate Center committees.

Provide mental health consultation to other community agencies.

Requirements : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Master’s degree in Social Work or related field and clinical experience required.

LICSW strongly preferred. LCDP and / or LMHC preferred.

Ability to write reports and correspondence.

Ability to speak effectively with consumers, community agencies and Center employees.

Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Insured auto and valid driver's license.
