A Day in the Life of :
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for all SOAR365 Adult Day and Youth Services programs, staff, and program activities, as well as Case Management services.
You will work closely with Community Service Boards and families to ensure we are meeting the needs of the community. Y our people skills will come in handy and will help you to maintain fantastic professional relationships with your fellow team members and those that we serve.

Responsibilities and Duties :
Strategic Vision & Leadership
- Lead a team of Program Supervisors and Case Managers
- Coach and lead employees by providing training, support, and growth opportunities
- Provide strategic leadership for organizational goals and program development
Quality & Evaluation
- Set program standards and create process to meet standards, ensure staff implement standards
- Ensure program quality and sustainability for all program sites
- Ensure continuity across sites
- Set standards for program Curriculum and implement across sites
Operations & Oversight
- Supervise and coach Program Supervisors and Case Managers
- Educates SOAR365 constituents about role and responsibilities of Program Supervisors and Case Management personnel.
- Uses Key Performance Indicators to continuously improve the quality of Program offerings, Program Supervisors and Case Management services delivered, specifically holding staff accountable to established departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience leading teams in a paid or volunteer capacity
- Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Teaching, Applied Behavior Analysis, Human Services, or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and training
- Extensive experience working with adults with disabilities and / or the aging population
- Knowledge of Medicaid and Licensure Regulations preferred
- Ability to drive company vehicle
