Forklift Operator

Join our team as a Forklift Operator, where you will play a crucial role in handling materials and ensuring the efficient preparation and shipment of our industry-leading fireplaces, stoves, and hearth products.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and ship fireplaces, stoves, and hearth products.
  • Pick and pull parts accurately.
  • Load freight into trailers securely.
  • Open crates and handle materials efficiently.
  • Utilize a variety of industrial material handling equipment, including forklifts, scanners, and shrink wrap machines.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in inventory management.
  • Experience with forklift operation.
  • Material handling expertise.
  • Ability to use RF scanners effectively.
  • Familiarity with picking, packing, and shipping processes.

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ months of forklift experience is preferred.

    • Work Environment

    This position operates on the 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Flexibility is required to stay until work is completed, potentially extending the shift until 6 : 30 PM with prior notice. Overtime may be needed as per workload demands.

    Job Type & Location

    This is a Contract position based out of Kutztown, Pennsylvania.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00 / hr.
