About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehab Job Specialty : PT Inpatient Rehab Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 16 : 00) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum 2 years preferred License : Licensed Physical Therapist Certifications : Basic Life Support Must-Have : Epic Charting experienceJob Description : - Provide therapy and rehabilitation services as a Physical Therapist in an inpatient rehab setting.
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. - Deliver care in accordance with established protocols and therapeutic procedures.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient rehabilitation.
- Participate in weekend shifts as required for continuous patient care. - Complete mandatory non-billable modules prior to start and annually.
- Be flexible with floating to nearby affiliated facilities when necessary. - Finalize any required time off at the time of submission.
Note : This position does not require COVID-19 vaccination; Flu vaccine status is currently unknown. The facility prefers to book candidates 3-4 weeks from the current date.
Returning staff must wait six months after termination before reapplying.
