A company is looking for a Client Service Consultant I to assist clients with Health Savings Accounts and Reimbursement Accounts.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist clients, brokers, and vendors through inbound calls and other communication channelsSupport employers with enrollment and payroll contribution processing, including complex financial transactionsBuild client trust and loyalty by providing exceptional support and education on account servicesRequired Qualifications2+ years of related Customer Service experienceMust be technically savvy and comfortable using multiple programs and toolsPreference for candidates with experience in Reimbursement Account and Health Savings Account administrationTraining, sales, and / or banking experience is a plusAbility to work a shift schedule between 7am - 7pm Central Time, Monday to Friday
