We have an exciting opportunity for a highly driven real estate inside sales agent who has a talent for turning leads into lifelong customers.

Our ideal applicant is an excellent communicator with a proven track record of sales success. This is a good stepping stone to becoming a listing agent : leads, listings, leverage.

Compensation :

$80,000 - $130,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities :

  • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
  • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
  • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Relentless lead follow-up

Qualifications :

  • Real estate license or pursuing required
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • Real estate license required
