As a leading provider in the automotive industry, we are seeking an experienced Automotive Transmission Technician to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Pat Milliken Ford is located on Telegraph Rd, south of I-96 in Redford (just west of Detroit). We have been family owned and operated since 1959.
Pat Milliken Ford has been awarded the President's Award for excellence in customer satisfaction by Ford Motor Company for the last 26 years in a row.
We are the only dealer in the state of Michigan to achieve this designation and we are proud of our entire sales and service team for their efforts.

Position Summary :
We are looking for a skilled and certified Automotive Diesel Technician to perform a variety of maintenance, diagnostic, and repair tasks on a range of vehicles.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automotive Diesel systems, possess ASE certifications, and be dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and repair Diesel-related issues in various vehicle makes and models.
- Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to identify problems accurately.
- Perform Diesel rebuilds, replacements, and adjustments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain necessary repairs and services.
Qualifications :
- ASE Certification in Automotive Transmission / Transaxle (A2) is required.
- State certifications in automotive repair.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Diesel Technician.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
