Job Description

Inspect community on daily basis.

Perform a variety of maintenance activities as needed- make readies, work orders etc.

Develop and maintain a planning and scheduling routine and preventive maintenance of equipment, prioritizing and estimating work and technical assistance when developing job plans

Manage, motivate, develop and provide direct leadership to maintenance staff

Hire and oversee outside professionals such as electricians, plumbers etc.

Inspect and maintain building systems such as heating, electrical, air conditioning, ventilation etc.

Keep in line with annual budget and track maintenance expenditures.

Assist with the implementation of capital projects.

Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety rules, guidelines and regulations

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor for (2) year(s)

HVAC certification and MPO license required

Knowledge of different building systems (heating, electrical, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing etc.)

Familiarity with relevant health and safety standards and regulations

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

Additional Information

Compensation based on experience ranges : $26.00 (Hourly) - $28.00 (Hourly)

Soho Apartments - 64 Units) and (Trellis at Lake Highlands - 104 Units)

Schedule : Monday - Friday and some Saturdays ( 9am - 6pm)
