Field Service Technician

CSI Companies is seeking 40 Device Technicians to work with one of our top healthcare clients !

Location : Kalamazoo, MI & surrounding areas

Duration : 6 - Month Contract

Pay : $25 - $28 / hour

Travel : Weekly travel to different sites

Expenses : Mileage, Rental Car, & Hotels are covered

Hours : Must be flexible to work nights & weekends as needed

Overview :

We are seeking Device Technicians to support a large-scale hardware deployment across multiple Michigan healthcare facilities. Technicians will handle the hands-on installation, setup, and validation of PCs and peripheral devices to ensure readiness for end-user use.

This is a travel-based role requiring weekly site visits (rental car, mileage, and hotel expenses covered). Candidates must be available for the entire duration of the project and open to flexible hours, including potential night and weekend coverage.

Responsibilities :

• Deploy, install, and validate PCs, monitors, and peripheral devices in clinical and administrative areas.
• Image and configure devices according to project standards.
• Troubleshoot device and connectivity issues and assist end users as needed.
• Document completed work and report progress to project leads.
• Maintain professionalism and adherence to onsite protocols in healthcare environments.
