- Newdrivers : Complete a 46 week OTR training with atrainer.
- Experienceddrivers : 6 months or more can skiptraining.
- HomeTime : Biweekly
- Orientation : Held at the nearest hub location based on driverresidence.
- Schedule : Must be available to drive both day andnight.
- Average WeeklyMiles : Approximately 2500
Compensation &Benefits :
- Trainee Pay : $650 / week during training period (46weeks)
- MileagePay : $0.55 $0.65 per mile based onexperience
- WeeklyEarnings : $1200$1400
- AdditionalPay : $15 perstop
- Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package after 30 days including medicaldental 401(k) and paid time off (PTO).
Requirements :
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Cl ACDL License.
- Graduation from an accreditedtruck driving school with a minimum of 120 hours oftraining.
- Must have held a drivers license forat least the last 12 months without majorviolations.
- Clean driving record : No atfaultaccidents major tickets or suspensions in the past 3years.
- No prior terminations from previousemployment.
- No DUIs in the last 5 years or morethan two DUIs in a lifetime (if the offense occurred beforeobtaining a Cl A License).
- All criminal recordswill be reviewed by our safety team.
- Ability top a urine and hair preemployment drugscreen.
- Employment gaps : Must have no largegaps in employment; a maximum of 6 months in the past year and 1year in the past 3 years.
