About The Position
Job Title : CT Technologist Job Specialty : CT Technologist Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 08 : 30 AM - 05 : 00 PM, Sunday through Thursday Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Not specified License : Not specified Certifications : BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP, TNCC Must-Have : Competency in performing CT scans Job Description : - Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging procedures using CT technology.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accuracy and quality of images. - Operate CT equipment and monitor patient safety during procedures.
- Adhere to protocols and regulations concerning radiation safety and patient confidentiality. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of CT equipment and environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and alleviate concerns. - Participate in continuous education and training to enhance technical skills.
- Ensure accurate documentation and management of patient records. This opportunity requires individuals who are certified and skilled in CT technology, have a strong understanding of safety protocols, and possess excellent communication skills.
