Summary

$1000 Season Retention Bonus!

Responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of company products to the correct destination.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Be a role model in projecting and applying The Pacific Group Diamond Philosophy (Productivity, Quality, Excellence, and Teamwork) and promote teamwork at all times.
• Drive and deliver the product to various Pacific Seafood locations.
• Accurately complete required logs and other internal documentation.
• Return all shipping documents to shipping and receiving departments upon completion of deliveries.
• Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with all traffic regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and report any maintenance problems to manager.
• Positively represent the company in all customer interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• A minimum of six months of related experience and / or training is required.
• Class A Commercial Drivers License with Tanker Endorsement is required.
• Experience in transporting refrigerated and frozen food products is preferred.
• A clean driving record is required.

Bonus Terms

• Bonuses offered for processing season running June 27 through October 30
• Bonuses are only applicable to specific job types; additional terms and conditions may apply
• Staff must be employed at the time of the payout and are eligible to receive up to $1,000 based on hours worked
