Description
Frank G. Zarb School of Business, Hofstra University is pleased to invite applications for an adjunct faculty position with anticipated start date of September 1, 2024.
The areas of expertise the department is seeking are in the following : FinTech (undergraduate and graduate). Candidates must have experience in teaching and must have professional experience in the finance industry.
The primary teaching responsibilities will be teaching in the candidate's designated area of expertise in the following area : FinTech.
Courses are elective courses for finance majors at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Applicants will be considered as an Adjunct Instructor or Adjunct Assistant Professor. Rank is dependent upon the applicant's teaching experience and professional record.
Additional teaching load per semester is dependent on the department's needs.
Qualifications
- MBA or MS
- Experience teaching and / or demonstrated professional expertise in finance.
- Successful candidates will have demonstrated a commitment to promoting equity, diversity and inclusion.

Salary / Salary Range
$1,422-$1,792 per credit

Hofstra University provides the above salary* as a good faith estimate of the starting pay range which considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience and education.
