Title : Maintenance Technicians
Shifts Available :
- 1st Shift : Two (2) positions
- Hours : Monday - Saturday, 6am - 2pm
- 2nd Shift : One (1) position
- Hours : Monday - Saturday, 2pm - 10pm
- 3rd Shift : Two (2) positions
- Hours : Monday - Saturday, 10pm - 6am
Responsibilities :
- Maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Complete work assignments in a timely manner with minimal direction.
- Evaluate all machinery and provide a list of needed improvements.
- Focus on machine efficiency issues and process improvements.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with electrical, hydraulics, programming, and mechanical PLCs.
- Experience in manufacturing (food plant or pharmaceutical industry) preferred.
- Desired experience and knowledge in the following areas :
- Machine elements
- Pipe fitting
- Instrumentation
- Hydraulics / pneumatics
- Shop safety
- Basic PLC knowledge and experience.
- Previous experience with :
- Performing routine preventative maintenance.
- Installing, verifying, and validating new equipment.
- Performing machine tear-down and rebuilds.
Knowledge and Skills :
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
- Knowledge and experience with GMP and safety regulations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.
- Ability to complete and pass the skills assessment.
- Ability to pass the physical and functional job screen.
